Makeover My Listing (makeovermylisting.com) is run by Harris Apps Studio. This page explains what we collect, why, and who handles it.
What we collect
- Your photos, the listing name and the notes you type, so we can make your makeover.
- Your email address and payment, collected by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card number. We use your email only to send your order links.
- Basic server logs kept by our host, such as the time of a request, used to keep the site working and safe.
Who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores your photos.
- Google (the Gemini API) receives each photo and its instructions to make the makeover. We use Google's paid API, and Google's terms for it say it does not use that data to improve its products.
- Stripe handles payment.
- Brevo sends our emails: your order link after you pay, and your links when you use Find my orders.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your photos for anything except your order.
How long we keep it
Your photos and results are kept for 60 days so you can download them again, then deleted. Order and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for business records.
Your private link
Each order has a private link. Anyone who has the link can see that order's photos, so share it only with people you trust.
Share and install counts
When you use a share button or arrive through a shared link, a small counter run by Harris Apps Studio records that a share or visit happened, using a random referral code and no name, email or other personal details, and may store a small cookie so a referral can be credited. It does not record your photos or what you type. If you send feedback through "Was this helpful?", we read it, and we only publish it if you tick the box.
Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising cookies or ad tracking. Apart from the referral cookie above, the site stores nothing on your device.
Your choices
To have your photos deleted sooner, or to ask about your information, email hello@makeovermylisting.com with your order link.
