These terms cover your use of makeovermylisting.com, run by Harris Apps Studio ("we"). By placing an order you agree to them.
What you get
For $49 per order (a Listing makeover, up to 10 photos) or $99 per order (a Big listing, up to 25 photos), you get AI makeovers of the photos of one listing in the type and style you choose, 2 free redos per photo, labeled downloads and your original photos, available for 60 days. A paid Listing makeover can move up to a Big listing for $50, the difference between the two.
Your photos
You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use and change them. You keep all rights to your photos and to the results we make from them. You let us process them only to make your order.
Honest use
The results show ideas, not the real property. You agree to keep the label on the photos, to follow the disclosure rules of any listing service, marketplace or law that applies to you, and not to use the results to mislead anyone about what is being sold, rented or booked.
AI results
AI can make mistakes, such as changing something it was told to keep. Check every photo before you use it. If a result is wrong, use a redo.
Refunds
If the makeover does not work for your listing, email hello@makeovermylisting.com within 7 days of your order and we will refund it.
Limits
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not responsible for how listings perform or for decisions made from the photos.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
